"We've been with State Farm for a total of 35 years. During this time period We've only file two claims. The first one was not a pleasant experience. We decided to make small repairs ourselves and not file a claim. So when we needed a roof replacement after a storm damage the adjuster wanted to penalize us for making the repairs, forcing me to step out of character. However, the repairs were made. The second claim went much smoother. There were repairs I had to make in the past few years. I made the repairs and things have been very well since. I started speaking in single terms because my husband died four years ago. Since I've been with Amber Smith, I've been very pleased. The staff is always kind and polite and friendly, showing a willingness to help.
